An experienced Systems Engineer / Automation Engineer with a wide range of experience in the cable industry. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Proven leadership skills involving managing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. First-class analytical, design and problem solving skills.   Major Achievments:

•  Initiated regular meetings between Engineering and Technical to improve communication and information exchange. This greatly increased efficiency and team work between departments.

•  Solved major control issues on old equipment when failure halted production. Integrated new control system into old equipment to restart production.

•  Saved the company £20,000 a year on water usage by integrating old and new systems together for maximum benefit.

•  Increased product pass ratio on major production line from 85% to 98%.
